Providing health care for the homeless population: An evaluation of Chester City Homeless PMS pilot
Abstract
This project evaluates the Chester City Homeless PMS pilot. Homeless people, when compared to the general population, have poor health, one reason being their infrequent use of health care services. In 2001 a PMS pilot to provide primary health care to homeless people was established in Chester.Citation
