dc.description.abstractThis work uses THz time domain spectroscopy (THz-TDS) to detect the dynamics of domain walls in a Aurivillius phase ferroelectric ceramic, Ca 0.96 Rb 0.02 Ce 0.02 Bi 2 Nb 2 O 9 . Results show that ferroelectric domain walls are active at the THz band, with lower dielectric permittivity compared with that of the domain. This work has verified that it is feasible to use domain wall engineering method to optimize properties of ferroelectrics at the THz band, which help create new applications for ferroelectric materials at THz frequency.en_US
