CENS is an international postgraduate centre for specialist teaching and research in exercise and nutrition science, cardiovascular rebabilitation and weight management, and is located in the School of Applied & Health Sciences.
In August 2010 CENS merged with the nutrition and dietetics programmes in the Department of Biological Sciences to create the Department of Clinical Sciences and Nutrition.
